I absolutely loved my stay at KiteSurf! The atmosphere was amazing, and James were excellent hosts. The recently renovated accommodation was fresh and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bathroom was top-notch with great water pressure. The location was perfect, with the beach and other attractions just a short distance away. The eco-friendly initiatives, like recycling and using sustainable toilet paper, were a great touch. Highly recommended!
Felt totally relaxed, no need to complain!

Had a blast at this beach house! The owner was super friendly and gave us awesome tips. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some yummy meals. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and bus station. Plus, there were hammocks on the verandah to lounge in. Bonus: they even had bikes to ride around town!
Just a couple of minor things. The floor was a bit sticky and the light in the room was a bit too bright.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-furnished, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. The gourmet kitchen with a cappuccino machine and industrial oven was a dream come true for a food lover like me. As an adventure traveler, I appreciated the easy access to the heart of the action while still being able to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The private garden overlooking the unique parkland was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The prices for this luxury beachside accommodation were surprisingly affordable, allowing me to have a truly memorable stay without breaking the bank.
Personally, I found the cappuccino machine a bit complicated to use, but others may enjoy the challenge.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and I was pleased with the shared kitchen and business center facilities. The free WiFi throughout the property was also convenient for my work. The property is well-maintained, and the owners have put their heart and soul into creating a relaxed environment. The host, James, went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, and it was great to interact with other guests and explore local spots. Agnes Water is truly something special, and staying here was the cherry on top of an amazing vacation. I will definitely be returning!
The only service I missed for my work was a printer in the business center.

I had such a great time at Kitesurf! I stayed there for a few nights and it was worth every penny. The rooms were nice and clean, and I loved having a kitchen, living room, and terrace with comfy chairs and hammocks. Ian, the host, was so helpful and created a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to the beach, bus station, and shops. Plus, the price was just a few dollars more than the cheapest hostels but so much nicer. Definitely recommend!
Do recommend this hotel.
